Recruitment is the process of identifying, screening, shortlisting, selecting and interviewing suitable candidates for a particular job in a company or an organization. Recruitment is an essential part of team building. When looking for candidates, a company or organization may use several strategies.


Sourcing

Sourcing is the use of one or more strategies for attracting workers. Some companies use the outsourcing strategy. Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is the process in which a company takes the help of a third-party provider to manage its recruitment process.


Using the traditional way of recruitment in this modern era is not worthy. So companies use another way of recruitment, which is called Crowd staffing. Crowd staffing allows a company to connect with a larger crowd of talented people so that they can get the best person for their company or organization.

Talent Acquisition

Talent Acquisition refers to the process employers use for hiring and recruiting job candidates. Mostly it is carried out by the HR department of the company. It consists of different procedures which help the company to hire the candidates.


Types of recruitment

There are two types of recruitment, Permanent recruitment and Contract recruitment. Permanent recruitment is based on hiring high-quality workers and people that are willing to work and grow with your company for a long time. Contract recruitment focuses on hiring employees on a limited time contract or for short term work.
